Enkomion is a small Shopify Plus development agency. We help clients all over the world with theme adjustments, speed improvements, and all sorts of other Shopify-related development work.
We're looking for a Shopify Client Account Manager to join our team.
🧑💻 Main Responsibilities
Understand clients' requirements, communicate them to the development team, report completed work back to the client (and communicate change requests back to development).
Adjust theme settings, set up apps & change settings, set up metafields, etc. on clients' stores.
💬 Requirements
Clear and proactive communication. Friendliness, reliability, & trustworthiness.
Excellent English in speech and writing. Knowledge of German is a plus.
Attention to detail. Mention the word "pineapple" in your intro video to prove that you read this.
Ability to self-organise and work independently. Coaching and guidelines will be provided, but there will be no micromanagement.
European Time Zone. You are free to choose your own working hours, but you should be at least partially available during European business hours. You will be asked to join a weekly client call on Thursdays at 11:00 CET and participate in more occasional calls later in the day (at times around 18/19:00 CET during California morning hours).
Strong understanding of Shopify as a platform. You know what metafields are and how apps work and know your way around the theme customizer (basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus).
